To me "NO". Though, DEAD they said is inevitable to whom time has reached, but it is unworthy enough for such kind a sin that brutalize the heart, the soul and the body of our innocent women to go unpunished! I say "No" to dead of RAPISTS.
I don't buy the ideas of killing of whose engages in rape, as their deserved punishment should rather serves as corrective measures than total annihilation or condemnation. Even though, the victims of whom culprit got killed by law would eventually or forever have that bloody record stains in her tale. They killed a soul because of her.
Amputation of limbs of a culprit would have rather serves as corrective measures, while identifying and watching them moving around the street would signify or enables a kind of lessons especially, for those whom might still be interested in attempting such act in the future time.
Many todays believes that dead is a reward for sinful acts, while others have it beneath their minds that dead is a quickest way to the resting space. Oh! No wonder that suicidal among youths is rampant nowadays!! People are now no longer believing in life after dead. The reason that world's people had changed and they're now behaving just anyhow throughout the world. They'll either does things that can get them killed or kill themselves
But, as (Fitna) the wrath of God i.e infliction had said to be more painful than dead according to Muslim's Book of faith. As the judgement of God could neither be quick or be physically identify in the live of whose receiving it in this physical world. Why can't let the RAPISTS stay alive and be useful to humanity as experiment for others to learnt from?
Having them realize their mistakes through hardships could have stand as best rewards for the victims, while serving as a lesson to others whom might had have same dreams would have been better an option? They would be wasted away when killing them for their actions, and others might not be able to understand the implications of it when someone is tasting the reward of hardship placing towards others if punishment is not equivalent. Killing for raping is a no - no. The law of eye for eye would rather be fair.
What many don't understand about human of nowadays is this. They had fed up already about this life, so, they are now seeking a new mean of peaceful mind at all cost. Many of them were been fell in school of thought that reincarnation after dead is possible. They'd now developed that strange beleive that leaving this space if peaceful mind could not be achieved would hasten their mission to choose better choice of living or at least ends them up in eternal sleeping (REST) in the hereafter.
So, as they agitating for rest at all cost, they now concluded that life is no longer suitable again to be living in. As ups and downs of life is of inevitable, they'd now results that RESTING could be possible only through DEAD. With or without evidence that that space could profer them with real self-acclaimed rest, they just continue trying to quit the present world with mysterious journey of no return.
So, they now been involviy in various kinds of activities that might either brings ease to their minds or which most likely brings the WORSE/END to that life. Some were into fast money, some into road travelling to overseas, some into thuggery, some into secret cult, some into Yahoo+, some into money ritual etc. Their intentions is to just do the worse, maybe just something would come up, so as if they could not satisfy their financial needs, they might achieve eternal rest.
If they could not become sudden millionaire, and they could not get themselves killed by themselves, then, government can apprehend them of doing the worse then give them the doing worse and get them a dead sentence. Believing the worse can impelled the government to place them into everlasting REST. That's the going perspection in life now!
To me, amputation of sinful limbs (such as hands, legs, and private parts) of the culprit would have rather serves as corrective measures for the sinners, serving as warning for others whom might be interested to attempting such RAPE activities in future, and brings about peaceful in the minds of our innocent girls and ladies whom were fearful of men of now and the coming generations of male child species.
