Rule of Law, And Where It's Affect inquisitive Mind

Rule of law can sometimes seems a dump and deaf to whose novice of general concepts of what's law is all about.
Roxanne Eka Peters is a 35years old victim of rape, whom stabbed her rapist sometime around 2015, at her home in Brisbane, Australia, has been sentenced to 9-years imprisonment. Awa máa ńbẹ nílé ẹni ká f'ọrùrọ́ bí?
The rules in that regard shouldn't have been for her killing the rapist (or what should we say?), it was because this involved dead. But, we are here talking about a desperate sex hawk whom if not by luck, a woman of such under sex oppressor could not be capable enough to overpowered such dangerous situation, he might either turned her into a living dead, or a demise herself.

What quite unfortunate, the Judge was solely not based the rule on unlawfully disposal of that corpse, but rather treated the issue as a matter of manslaughter, even upon knowing that such act was done out of fear when the rapist attempt killing of her child, a series of assaults and drags.

The more I'm developing interest in Law programme, the more convincing I am of why is it always complicated when there's need for considering or aide the helpless among the victims.

I neither here to contra the judgement nor I have what it's takes to claim that the woman did well tighten the rapist beside her car and dragging it along the road side, but to be candid, a reasonable fellow and people of right faculty could never be bold enough to kill a person, rope the corps behind his car and tows him around the public road.

As par my own perspective, I don't believe we necessarily need to go and study psychiatry, or medical course before we could have a simple understanding of what was happen, such ultra violence kind of rape that Roxanne Eka Petter experienced must had led her into brutal response which eventually uncontrollable by her side, since it has already involved defending her of her live that of her children.

We should not underestimate the effort she might had been put in place to fence herself from previous rapes, but unfortunately she couldn't run away, and was brutally assaulted, and upon this, don't let's forget, that it was when that Rapist treating to killing her baby that she wasn't no longer what she is.

Meanwhile, prior to this time, we all known, that any victims of such violently raped were usually ends up in dilemma, and this may result in Post-traumatic stress disorder, Depression, Flashbacks, Fear, Personality disorder, Dissociative identity disorder, Guilt, Feelings of personal powerlessness and Anger to mention view, and many through this may kill hurt or kill themselves.

In view of the above scenario, the woman in question might had also has a kind of trauma which has to do with psychological damage which eventually lead her to become deranged and started the stabbing of his rapist, tight his corps into her car and toll her in the public road. That alone should had told in a fair judgement that the woman due to hardship experience during that forceful intercourse is no longer what she was.

My suggestion is that, the rule of law should be considerate and be lenient of such circumstances that brings about temporary or permanent traumatic in the case assault or whichever case of rape. An adage Yoruba says, "Nkò mọ̀ọ̀ wí ni ò jẹ́ kí ẹ mọ̀ọ́ mi ́gbọ ́" (For the fact that I am canvassly inferior in conversation that you couldn't really comprehend my point".

The law must at least, be considerable of a compelling situation or reaction that might eventually ends up in hunter hunted especially, against a prospective culprit. We expect a leniency on that regards
