The main aim of introducing this is their mission on how to make the banking activities a thing of self-operation.

Initially, the introduction of online banking is what was introduced to the customers, with aims of reducing the stress of moving around to a distance place, where our banks are located, but which was not generally affordable due to inability of all customers that are not accessible to the internet, smartphone, computer gadget etc while many, even if accessible to the required facilities, they are grossly illiterate of computer based banking operation, and those in the far away rural areas.
